Horrible service

Liked: The beds were comfortable..patio area was ok
Disliked: The manager or owner not sure what he was ...must have mistaken me for someone else ...he called me a local maybe because i have a dark tan and a grocery bag from one of the stores n started yelling I told you u couldn't stay here anymore but I will ket u tonight

Liked: The sheets were clean.
Disliked: This place charged over $300.00 for 1 night and it was so so run down. The bathroom looked like it was 75 years old holes in the wall all over the place, the hair dryer was in a bag hanging on an electrical outlet. There was NO place to put the shampoo or soap other then the toliet seat which you had to reach out of the shower to place the stuff onto....the dresser looked like it was from the goodwill store and the window the air conditioner was in looked like such a dirty mess. I had stayed at another place the night b4 which was a block off of Duval and it was only 215.00 for a night and it was perfect.

Great spot and close to the quieter side of Duval

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. We were able to sit in the courtyard and have conversations with people from all over the world.

Liked: room was clean ad bed was comfy. Bathroom was clean and shower worked well Courtyard was comfortable and the little library was a pleasant surprise Staff gave us good suggestions of how to get lunch, etc.
Disliked: It took quite a whole for the water to get hot but it was great after a few minutes Restock the library with more books or magazines We asked about renting bikes but got a vauge answer and ended up walking everywhere.
