A great place to stay...

Liked: It is a good an awesome place, very quiet and well equipped. Andy, Sandy and Chris are very friendly and helpful and make you feel like home. We had a great, enjoyable time.

Wanderful place, everything perfect

Liked: The place is wanderful, quiet and calm, out of the crowd and the caos of Key West. A perfect spot to relax, explore, have fun with kids, enjoy the Keys without getting stress. The room was clean and beautiful, just in front of the deck and the pool. Our children were so happy, and there is a super playground just behind the hotel. We really enjoy our time at Seascape

Liked: The location was super——-relaxing and quiet. The resort is small with many outside areas to use. The staff were very friendly and informative about the area.
Disliked: The only minor problem we had was the step into the bathroom from the main area.

Liked: The room was great, the swimming pool as well. There are plenty of equipment that the hotel makes available, from bbq to swimming pool toys. All the tables, chairs and couches outside are also super nice

Disliked: Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review, even though we were so excited to visit Marathon and chose this place for the first time for my husband’s birthday.It’s very hard for us to find time together since we usually work 7 days a week, and we were thrilled to finally escape Miami for a short trip.The price was a little higher than what we normally pay, but we didn’t mind because we wanted a special experience. We checked in around 3:30 PM and asked the lady at the front desk if we could stay a little longer after checkout — something we’ve always been allowed to do at other places — especially since the property wasn’t full (only a few guests were around).Unfortunately, we were told very firmly that we had to leave by 11 AM, no exceptions, even after offering to pay extra for a late checkout (which, by the way, was expensive).I explained that beaches are hard to find in the Keys, as many are privately owned, and that it was my husband’s birthday — we just wanted to relax and stay a few extra hours (around 3–4 more hours). Sadly, there was no flexibility or kindness offered, even though almost every other small or large hotel we’ve stayed at has always been happy to accommodate a request like this.Additionally, while the rooms have a kitchen area, there is no stove, which was disappointing.The shower was also difficult to use and didn’t work properly.The facility itself could be a very nice spot, but the attitude toward guests’ requests needs major improvement.We have stayed at many small hotels before and have always received more kindness and understanding than we did here.
