Liked: Loved that one bes was like a separate bedroom

Liked: The updated bathroom
Disliked: The room smelt like wet dog, the oceanview isn't a view of the ocean rather than the people in the hotel next to it, the free coffee is one of those you get what you paid for, the night staff person is rude, the sheets we had had dried up blood stains on it and the shower and sink in the bathroom are impractical. I can go on but it isn't worth it.

Incredibly unhappy with what should...

Liked: The location was great and it could be a good hotel but staff doesn’t do a great job maintaining anything.
Disliked: Roach in our room, have to repeatedly ask for your room to be cleaned and even then they don’t vacuum. The pool would be chained closed with no explanation. The ceiling in our bathroom was leaking on us while we showered and all they did was rip the piece of ceiling off and leave it. The fridge stopped working and all our food and drinks went bad. You pay extra for ocean view and it’s not what you think it is at all. The tv is reliant on WiFi and it barely worked. A lot of the time we’d get a “WiFi isn’t working error” or it would be a black screen with just the audio of whatever you were trying to watch.

Had a wonderful time.

Liked: Great location with beautiful view. Loved being able to have my dog there. Rooms were nice and clean. Staff was nice.
Disliked: Would be nice to have a toaster in the room. Also needs some extra towels, wash cloths, and toilet paper in room.

Loved the location of hotel...

Liked: Location to the beach, on a good street with lots of things close.
Disliked: The floor was dirty when we came in, lots of sand and particles on the floor. We paid for an ocean view room and were actually put on the side of the hotel with only a partial view.

Liked: The decor was very cute and I also liked the bathroom decor. (Not the cleanliness, I have pictures if you would like to see!) I liked it was on the beach of course ! I also loved the pillows, you should send me one !
Disliked: Hope i have room to write it! I'm not a picky gal at all and i dont complain often , First off I didn't like how you guys an booking blamed each other for me, wasting about 2500.00 total, driving several hours with some crazy stuff happening on the way. 2 hrs into the trip my dads wife called to tell us his medication Was still on Thier table He has stage 4 leukemia and NEEDS it. He is 78 years old and has NEVER seen the beach before, or been on a trip in 20 YEARS. (he doesnt have that kind of money) so we turned around to go get it. 3 hrs into the trip the second attemp at getting to the beach we stop to get gas ,my debit card is gone(.i still haven't found it.) i had to figure out another way to make the trip work as I needed a card at check in. I was able to fenaggle it around while all but slamming it in reverse to go back home. Prior to this reservation we are talking about,I had booked a different place to stay. it was very misleading with the ad, wording and pictures with the room i NEEDED either OCEAN VIEW PREFERABLY OCEAN FRONT it was canceled at a $400.00+ cancelation fee Because it didn't not have the view i needed. I paid 400.00 plus dollars to get a room with the view i needed.The booking lady found the 2nd room at sea loft for me. We had long conversation about the importance of our needs. She understood. I was running out of time as I only had so many days off of work to go, i didnt care about a single thing except what in front of my balcony. She said it was ocean view, so I jumped on it. Our correspondence and confirmation details stated it was a double room, a pullout bed and a sea view. My dad also had polio (look it up) when he was little, leg braces and All , so he is NOT, able to walk well at all on his kitchen floor let alone loose SAND. Hence the importance of the view. he couldn't get to the beach it's difficult for him to stay balanced. he also has imphazema, heart issues.
