Disliked: Messy outside. They gave us dishes towels etc for 2 and we booked for 3. It was hard to get help to remedy. They charged me twice for stay. Once thru booking.com and then the property charged me. It’s over a month and I am still fighting for my refund

Dissapointing.

Liked: Location. Comfortable.
Disliked: No laundry, which was advertised on facilities.No hairdryer which was advertised on facilities.No bathmat which was advertised on facilities.

Amazing location close to the...

Liked: The location is amazing close to the sea. The interior of the bungalow is very nice an unique! The beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: The hole apartment was covered with some kind of withe dust, one glas was very dirty!

Disliked: Not as it looks in the pictures I think it’s important to share when things aren’t what they seem. We rely on reviews and these booking sites to have the best info/pictures when booking a place to stay. All I can say is this little motel could do so much better and you can tell it isn’t well managed. The pictures make the courtyard look beautiful however when we checked in it was far from what the pictures look like. The hammock net is broken, cigarette butts in the fire pit, no propane for the grill, umbrellas broken, outdoor seating dirty and that was just the courtyard. We hade to clean our own air filters in the a/c unit because they were disgusting and spotted some mold as well. The bathroom window in the shower was facing the courtyard and you could see right in so we had to tape a t-shirt up to act as a curtain. There was a roach in the silverware drawer, no toiletries, or paper towels in the kitchen…really just barebones. They were doing contruction on some of the rooms during our stay and turned off the water so we couldn’t use the sinks or flush the toilet. We had no welcome booklet or instructions on WiFi passwords so we couldn’t use the tv. I can definitely see the potential with this place but it needs more love. The only plus on this place was how close it is to the beach.

Liked: Based on the booking online and stuff I it sounded like we were going to be right on the beach. There was a short probably 5 min walk to the beach that wasn’t terrible. The room was super cute and so was the property but there was no where for trash in the room. We decided just to pack our trash with us and figure it out later. Other than that it was a decent night spent.

Dirty

Liked: Paid extra to arrive two hours before check in. Room was filthy, except for clean sheets and toilet. Floors not swept or mopped, kitchen sink had debris in it and a dirty sponge, bathroom sink dirty and hairy, clumps of hair in shower corners. Only two bath towels and two hand towels, no washcloths or bathmat. No kitchen towel or washcloths or even paper towels. Kitchen glasses had liquid in the bottom of them. Luckily I found a broom and some wipes sitting outside the laundry room so I could do a quick cleanup of the essentials. Then we borrowed some cleaning supplies from family we were visiting so we could actually get the sticky off floors and shower/sinks cleaned out. Supplies were very limited. Two small bars of soap(that were actually both smashed into little pieces), dish soap in dispenser, two chairs on porch that we used for a beach day(no beach towels). Laundry facilities were out of order. Only two k-cups of coffee for two people staying three nights. I notified property management company of our stay and made them aware of the situation. They said they were addressing the situation so this wouldn’t happen again and “we’d love the chance to make it right”. I asked for a refund ONLY on the cleaning fee and the early check in fee(since we used the early check in to actually clean the room ourselves)and was denied any compensation.
