Liked: Great location right in Hastings St, really friendly staff who were also very helpful. Hard to bet the overall location and value.
Disliked: Only one minor point, a little bit of a lack of room for leaving suitcases out as we didn't unpack being there only two nights.

Liked: The location is fantastic. We loved walking to local restaurants, the beach and Hastings Street boutiques. The lighting throughout the apartment is really well done. The bed was comfortable, clean rooms and good storage space for hanging and putting clothes away. We liked the suitcase stands.
Disliked: The plates were dirty when I got them out of the cupboard, there were no tongs to cook on the BBQ or for our vegetable disches, our apartment was noisy with a crying child next door for most of our stay, there was also a loud cleaning noise early in the morning which was annoying, the apartment being below the pool meant there was no visibility of the beach or ocean (even though we booked a beachside apartment), the layout of the partment was really strange - the toilet was literally less than a metre from the side of the bed which was unappealing. The bathroom and spare room had a very haphazard and strange design. The receptionists could have been more helpful to advise us that a shuttle or taxi should be booked in advance fo our early departure (we nearly missed our plane as there were no ubers or taxis available at 5.30am - fortunately a friend who lives locally was able to drive us at very short notice). The Sunshine Coast airport was a very dismal experience - we lined up for 40 mins to get through the security screening - only one screening line was open - it stopped altogether for about 10 minutes. The staff there had no sense of urgency even though people were panicking about missing their flights. The Qantas staff were unconcerned and unhelpful - they just said people were warned to get to the flight two hours early (we weren't told that)- sorry two hours prior to departure arrival is not acceptable for a domestic service.
