Liked: Great location and view. Beach view and access was perfect. Pool was very good and clean. Ground floor room was great for us and pet accommodation was great. Staff friendliness and help great.
Disliked: Limited service (i.e., food service), no coffee maker in room albeit coffee available in lobby. Dresser in room was non functional with one drawer broken and one drawer inoperable.

Liked: AC leaking, water all over the FLOORS, doors would NOT open and close right. room floors filthy, ect.NEVER stay there again, would sleep in car first!!!!

Liked: This hotel is right on the beach so the location was perfect. The staff was also nice.
Disliked: The hotel is run down. It definitely needs to be updated. The elevator broke when we were there but they did fix it. I was on the 5th floor so I would walk the stairs most of the time because I was scared to ride the elevator. The TVs in the room were so small and the cable was so static, you could barely see what you were watching. The wifi is bad. My son brought his PS5 to play at night, but the wifi was so bad he couldn't. The door to the patio was broken. The bathroom had mold and there was a hole in the ceiling. The toilet paper holder was also broken. I didn't realize pets were allowed here, so I heard dogs barking a lot. When I turned off the lights I could see light coming from the floor. I'm guessing from the room below. This place will be shut down before too long if the facility doesn't get updated. I left a day early because it was so bad.
