Most comfortable stay I've had...

Liked: The room was brilliant and spotlessly clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there whenever I am in Townsville. The gardens were beautiful to have some surrounding the complex. And a coffee place just across the road that had the best coffee I've tasted in 30 years.
Disliked: I cannot think of anything that I didn't like.

Just adequate

Disliked: Staff needed training in areas of service room not ready at 5pm

Disliked: Our first room wasn’t clean had blood on the floor, sheets were stained, crumbs and dirty spare blanket from last guest.

It was an ideal location...

Liked: Room was adequate for me travelling as a single person. Location in the resort was very quiet.
Disliked: A couple of maintenance issues that I have reported and received a reply.

Disliked: The door to our room didn’t lock, mentioned it to receipt nothing was done. We had to take our belongings with us every time we left over the 3-4 days

Great location, clean, tidy and...

Liked: Room was clean and tidy and looks like it has recently been refurbished. Bed was very comfortable. Great location, especially close to the airport for an early morning flight.
Disliked: The rooms were a bit noisy from next door.
