Disliked: Rooms were not as advertised and absolutely filthy. Comforter had blood and dog prints on it. I asked for a clean one and wasn’t received well. Staff was incredibly rude and the downstairs occupants partied until after 2am. Dont be deceived by the pictures, the rooms are not even close to the real thing.

Disliked: They had new Kuerick (sp) coffee maker but the cups provided were so small you could only use smallest setting. I used the middle setting the first time and it overflowed hot coffee all over the table. Great view of the ocean but over priced for average accommodation

Liked: We love the location and The View but the left hand window has so much moisture in it most of the day the view is blurry in that window and not even worth sitting in front of definitely detracted from the experience.
Disliked: We arrived a full hour after our check-in time that was given only to be told we needed to wait another half hour. Employees were sitting around smoking gossiping that could have helped the gal who was cleaning the room to get it cleaned faster but they did not. The microwave was filthy dirty inside. The refrigerator front was covered with fingerprints and dirty there are large cobwebs in the corners of the windows. The funniest part was you pay almost $700 for two nights and they put up a sign telling you they're going to charge you another $25 if you leave a dirty dish. I've never ever seen that at a place that offered the dishes Etc.

Disliked: The cottage appeared very old and not well maintained. The bedroom has a small window on the back. Here is what wasn't acceptable: the bedroom doesn't have working electric outlets apart from the only light in the room is the night stand light with 1 working outlet. Others are non- functioning.The kitchen is a total disappointment - the coffee maker doesn't work. I am very much aware how to use Kruger. See the picture of few drops of coffee i got.. the line is definitely clogged. The water container was full of water. And the staff is telling me that it judt needs yo warm up. Nope. Spent a long time restarting and trying, doesnt work. The electric stove doesnt work - i was hoping to get a cup of coffee by just boiling it:). Not a chance and no cofee shops close by, no coffee at the iffice.Hot tube is in urgent need of cleaning - pretty bad water.When i called at 9:19 am as it said on the voice message that they are open 9-9, the lady in the office was rude, saying she is just filling for the manager on weekends, i had to make her take message. The hide a bed in the living room is very-very-verry dirty - see pictures.And so many other little things!

Motel vibe with beach view

Liked: Beach view for standard queen room is a window . Overall room was clean
Disliked: Bathtub is very stained, it’s basically a motel with a beach view and not with the money. I paid $150 for a standard room. It’s set up like a motel so we walked up 3 flights of stairs . Staff was very nice, rooms were clean overall, no bugs ect . The hotel was NOT picture worthy, every hotel will make the photos look good and then you get there and it’s disappointing

Liked: This stay was not at all like the photos showed. Our bedroom was nasty, the heater vent lining the wall had hair, guck and dirt all up and down it like it’s never been cleaned ever. The bathroom had not been mopped as there was dirt and sand all over the ground when we arrived. The water pressure in our room was ridiculous! It took over 40 minutes to fill a bath for our daughters and that is with zero exaggerations. The ice machine they say they have in their welcome book in the room when you check in is broken and didn’t have ice and as for the looks of it it hasn’t been working for a long time and was incredibly nasty. The ONLY good part of this stay was the access to the beach and the view from the room but even then the outside windows to look out of the room surely hadn’t been cleaned and you couldn’t see out to see the ocean without the windows open and there was no screen on any window so being a parent of 2 littles that was rare we could do due to safety reasons.
Disliked: Mentioned above. It was a very unfortunate experience for the entire family.
