Staff were great, helpful and friendly.

Liked: The waiting staff were great, friendly and helpful. The waitress in the morning was really nice and friendly.
Disliked: The duvet cover was dirty it was after 1.00am when we went to bed so didnt notice until then and thought it was too late to mention it to staff.

Liked: Nice hotel with big rooms
Disliked: Heat in room was way to warm ,could turn it off but still very warm ,breakfast was wasn't great and you wouldn't want to be in a hurry, dosent start till 8am we ordered again 8am and didn't receive till 8.45am ,and we were under pressure to get to a event ,menu service and only allowed 1 choice off menu as I heard someone ask for porridge and fruit bowl ,bug told only allowed 1

Liked: The breakfast was good and the restaurant staff were very nice and very helpful.
Disliked: I didnt like when I had to pay an extra 50 on arrival for security, that was part of my spending money. I didnt like finding a length of toilet roll paper beside the bed. I didnt like being wakened at 1:00am by the smoke alarm going off in our room and I didnt like being told by the receptionist that she didnt control the fire alarms when I reported it, as for the toilet paper she didnt seem interested. The hotel was good and we have used it many times but on this occasion the front of house staff let it down.

Disliked: The noise. A very loud wedding party was in which kept me and my little toddler up all night. The corridor was dirty from this wedding party with knickers and chocolate all over the carpets. We should have been placed on a quieter part of the hotel.

Superb

Liked: Lovely hotel, friendly staff. rooms spacious and comfortable and quiet.
Disliked: A residents bar would have been a nice touch.
