Liked: Location and on the face of it the hotel looks ok
Disliked: Room was damp could smell the damp as you came into the back area from reception previous cover ups very visible and off putting to the eye and unclean windows and sill not clean neither was the radiator, hairs in bathroom which i re- cleaned myself, carpet couldnt do with a professional clean and felt crusty in areas, bed was ok but pillows were rock hard, next to no space in the room due to large item of furnicture, tv didnt work, shower room floor in room 2 was also sinking in 1 area, bar area is very nice m, but again bits of it havd been missed in cleaning. Really should have been put into a room with a more private bathroom due to being there with a child of a certain age. Back of the hotel is also very noisey especially when with a child. No staff after 11pm, again for a safety factor should always be someone within the property
