Liked: Close to the attractions and tram stop was outside hotel which made getting around easy. Staff were friendly
Disliked: On day of check out, there was no staff around. I had left something behind in my room and wasn’t able to get access back into my room and had to wait 40 minutes until I got help from cleaners. Other guests were also looking for staff help then ended up leaving as the wait was long. Room was very hot due to weather but there was no air conditioning or fan so we kept the window open.

Liked: The comfortable facilities and the tranquility to rest
Disliked: There was no staff and the towels were not very clean and there was no soap to wash your hands.

Overall adequate base to explore...

Liked: Location on promenade, bus and tram stop directly outside.
Disliked: Too much dust in room. Bed uncomfortable and bedding not adequate for size of bed, kept coming off. Barely covered.

Disliked: Not at all what I expected looking at the pics on here I booked this for for an anniversary trip booked the cozy room with terrace yes it was small but expected that but the cleaning or lack of I did not expect as soon got in the room the bin had not been emptied from guest before vitals I must add not as described I was lied to it said wireless charging and electric blinds there was not no charging and roller blinds this was definitely miss sold

Disliked: Walls were all marked, could be doing with a lick of paint.
