Liked: Fabulous thermal suite, very friendly and professional staff, relaxing environment the room was great
Disliked: Steam room was out of order which was a shame, no available spa appointments left for a couple so book early

Disappointing family break

Liked: Pleasant staff and nice thermal suite
Disliked: Misleading information that the hotel suits families when the swimming pool doesn’t cater for under 16s despite advertising a playground facility.

Liked: Beautiful reception area and spacious rooms.
Disliked: The room I was in had a shower in the bath. However, the bath has raised sides and doesn’t make it easy to get into. A big drop when getting out of the bath which makes it quite difficult and dangerous. I would not stay here again if that’s the only type of room available.
