Disliked: The unit was disgusting. Cobwebs, dead cockroaches, grease and dust. The bed stunk of BO

Disliked: There was very poor lighting everywhere. It didn't feel very clean. The bed was really squeky and uncomfortable. No staff visible to ask for fresh towells or tea, coffee etc. Needs a lot of maintenance and refreshing.
