Pity that it isn't good...

Liked: The staff were lovely, kind and helpful, within the capabilities of the 'hotel'.The lovely receptionist even looked after my little dog whilst I went in for breakfast.
Disliked: On arrival, kettle in the room was full of rancid water and stank. I had been going to enjoy a camomile tea (brought with me) before bed but couldn't due to kettle. On request, they changed it for a clean one in the morning.Light breakfast, £7 but nothing suitable was available for me due to dairy and gluten allergies etc. No fruit salad available and bread and cereals the only things on offer. I was told they may have an apple or a pear. The extremely pleasant man brought me an apple. On request he peeled and cored it for me. I presently only have one, functioning arm die to a recent shoulder operation.Bed was OK as were pillows but all polyester, including the single duvet, which was far too small for the bed. I suspect they were for bunk beds or similar. I weigh seven and four pounds, so I should have managed to have both sides under the duvet,I didn't try the dinner.
