Perfect location to stay for...

Liked: The room was very comfortable - with a small kitchenette, and nice window overlooking the park, and a small table to set up your laptop or tablet, or eat. We were just around the corner at one end of Main Street, and 2 blocks from one of my favorite restaurants, Baxter's. Getting in and out of Hyannis from the hotel was very easy. It didn't look like there was room for all the parking for the hotel, but we never had trouble finding a space no matter when we returned, and this was during the July 4th holiday. The staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There isn't an elevator, but we'd packed fairly light so it wasn't bad getting our bag up to the room. But if stairs are an issue, request the ground floor. Typically we stay in Marriott chains, and my husband might have preferred that, but this location was so perfect for the time and things we wanted to do in Hyannis it was worth staying at SeaCoast.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, and the proximity to Main Street was a plus even though Main Street was a bit of a let down itself, the location was very central.
Disliked: The hotel could use a little updating. The outside premisses of the hotel were frequently populated with a large homeless population that were sleeping below our hotel room window every night. The bathroom was very tiny.

Very good

Liked: The location was perfect. Very walkable to downtown and to the harbor. Easy to get in and out of. The rooms felt more homey because of the nice paint job and small kitchen. It was a nice touch to have some dishes in the cabinets.
Disliked: The beds were too firm. I thought for the nightly price that it would have been nice to have at least a couple of grab-and-go options for a simple breakfast.
