I stay in OOB every...

Liked: I liked how it was a great distance to the beach! I thought it was cool how we stayed down the street from the actually motel itself so it was very quiet.
Disliked: There was nothing i didn’t like, however if your body runs warmer than others, if recommend a fan for the bedroom. Although for me it was comfortable if you put the ac on and shut the bathroom door.

For the money it was...

Liked: The pool area was nice and clean and the location to the board was convenient
Disliked: The property was a little dated. The beds needed to be replaced with new mattresses.

Liked: Great location, friendly staff, clean room.
Disliked: Rooms are very dated, bed mattresses are thin and old, both headboards were broken and bang against the wall when you toss & turn

Summer getaway

Liked: The location is excellent! Walking distance to everything. Staff was very friendly and even called to let me know room was ready early. Older motel but clean.

Nice

Liked: Hotel is a great location and staff are pleasant
Disliked: Bed in room 120 was not comfy, looks like its on the older side and has worn areas that make it not comfortable

I should get a refund...

Liked: It’s close to pier and restaurant
Disliked: I had to move 3 times to different rooms. One room stove not working then move to second bathroom was clogged then 3 room everything works fine except for the A/C in a hot day.

Poor

Liked: The room across the hall from us had an issue with their card reader beeping continuously all day and night. We walked downstairs multiple times and told the front desk many times and nothing was done. We heard it beep ALL NIGHT LONG!!!!! it was beyond annoying.
Disliked: Front desk could be more helpful
