Sea World Resort

Plenty of walking for us.

Liked: Close to the SeaWorld attractions. The grandkids had a ball on the rides. We enjoyed the exhibits and shows.
Disliked: The monorail wasn’t working and some attractions were closed.

Wish we booked longer!!! Fantastic...

Liked: We loved our stay from the moment we arrived to checking out.. staff were amazing & so helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Facilities were great!!! Quick acess to the theme park and ability /ease of coming in and out to accommodate our toddler was fantastic.
Disliked: Breakfast was great but it was so busy even though it was close to closing time. It was hard to get food quickly and felt rushed. I understand it was at the end of service but since there was a lot of people still waiting to get in maybe extending the hours to 1030 would help customers not to feel rushed to eat and for food to still be topped up for those customers.

Liked: Very convenient for being connected to the sea world park. Easy access. The Japanese restaurant inside the resort is a gem, definitely a must try but booking is essential.
Disliked: Low season is great prive but few things under maintenance. The italian restaurant is a very bas option

Disliked: Wifi kept cutting out always had to login too many times.Due to windy conditions rubbish outside rooms would be everywhere on the pathways making it unable to use as food scraps would be everywhereToo crowded when dining for breakfast while sitting too squashed

Convenient but quite out dated...

Liked: Being so close to sea world was great, and having access to the park during the day was convenient. Pool area is great. Breakfast was nice
Disliked: Nowhere near enough staff to cater for the amount of guests staying. Lots of long lines to get into the cafes and breakfast. Lots of empty dirty tables everywhere because staff couldn’t keep up. Staff complaining about their wages around guests Inconsistent meals served depending on what chef was on. Rooms are fine but compared to other accommodation in the Gold Coast it’s very outdated
