Family with 11 yr old...

Liked: Really everything you could want when at a Resort , rooms were lovely clean modern . Staff were beautiful . Absolutely no completely just perfect. Dora and SpongeBob appearance at hotel was really cool .
Disliked: Everything was fine .

Great stay for family

Liked: Spacious, clean, and playful room. We've got the garden view room that opens straight to the playground, very nice for our 6 yo.Comfortable bed and helpful staff that make it relaxing for parents with young kids.
Disliked: Breakfast was too boring by the second day :) We had a long wait at the Melrose due to the kitchen mixing up our orders.

It was a really good...

Liked: It has so much on for kids, the pool and splash area are great & many options for food/ drinks. When we had an issue with our room the hotel shift manager did change our room and give us room credit.
Disliked: The rooms are outdated, the first one we had we had a few bugs in it and got moved to another. You also still have to pay so much for food at the restaurants after how much you pay to stay there. Also not a lot of parking.

A very pleasant stay at...

Liked: We celebrated our family reunion (4 families) at the theme parks and booked 4 rooms for our family to stay. The day of our check in while enjoying at the theme park, I got a call from Sea world resort offering us one of the rooms to be upgraded to a suite room and they said so that our family can even enjoy more our stay. It has its own lounge and a wonderful seaview from the room. I let may parents stay there for the night and our family had a chance also to stay for few hours in the lounge eating together and catch up. Thank you Sea world, we really appreciate the kind gesture for our family. Beds were comfy, rooms are clean and a nice swimming area. Wonderful buffet breakfast as well. Thank you.
Disliked: The hallway to the rooms could probably be freshened up a bit, but overall it was a wonderful stay at the Seaworld resort.
