Only good thing is location

Liked: Location to the center of Ogunquit, 10 min walk, which was great. Trolley stop right out front as well. The shower was pretty good. It was clean enough.
Disliked: The renovations are done poorly. Paint drops everywhere...the deck, the stairs, the curtains, even the fixtures had paint on them. The overwhelming smell of sanitizer when we walked in the room. The beds were hard, not comfortable at all. The hangers for clothes were from the cleaners, not new. Another guest I spoke to had nothing to even hang her clothes on. The toilet ran all night and when I mentioned it to the front desk, nothing was done. I've never stayed there before, but the location was a selling point. I paid way too much money and won't stay again.

Uninhabitable.

Liked: Rooms reeked so strongly of disinfectant and bleach that we chose not to stay. The strong odor was powerful even outside the room. My wife experienced an asthma attack and couldn’t breathe.
Disliked: Use less powerful or mire natural cleaning products

Liked: Very clean. Comfortable beds. Friendly/helpful staff. The location is a ten-minute walk from downtown Ogunquit.
Disliked: We were on the ground floor and could hear the occupants above us.

Liked: Close to the beach and shops, pool access, kind staff, clean and spacious rooms.

Liked: Fantastic pool area. Very clean.
Disliked: The room was filthy. Dirty sandy sheets with hair. Filthy floor with sand and dirt and hair. Hair in sink and on shower walls.
