Excellent location, brilliant views of...

Liked: Excellent location. Staff were above and beyond helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Abit loud in the evening as people left some pubs but it soon quietened down.

We had a magical stay...

Liked: There was no breakfast. Evening employee was very welcoming. She lit the fire pit for us and was exceptionally friendly.
Disliked: Staircase should not have been built in front of a beautiful ocean view. Later checkout would be great! A tub would be nice. Too late to change that but maybe a future suggestion.

They view and the room...

Liked: I used booking.com and was promised a room facing the ocean. Had to pay extra. When got to the hotel it was not available. The rooms were not ready. None of the guess was able to check-in until 3:45pm. I was not told about the additional parking spaces. Got to the room after a late not event, around 11:00pm. No parking. No one available to help us. Called the hotel number, no one answered. Waited one hour before someone showed up and told us where to park. Was promise happy hour prices but didn't get them. This was the perfect example of bait and switch.
Disliked: Making promising and not keeping them. Wasn't happy with the front desk staff.

Liked: Anne was welcoming and curteous. Beachfront location.
Disliked: Stadium Lights outside, but no curtains inside, and no face mask. The angle of the patio lights glares into your eyes when inside on the bed. I'm sure the sunrise and sunset were beautiful, but I could not see it, since the stadium bright glaring lights dimmed the view.Stadium refrigerator hum at night. Neon glare poking you in the eye in the middle of the night and the rumbling of the refrigerator was louder than the sound of waves crashing.I was woken thinking I left the fan on inn the bathroom but it's permanent and when you let the toilet fill drip drip then you have a symphony of bathroom fan, toilet drip, and refrigerator hum to compete with the ocean sounds. Then the patio lights to compete with the view.Get rid of the cheap technology and thoughtless lighting, and I will come back.
