Exceptional

Liked: The tranquility‼️ even listening to the cicadas didn't bother me lol
Disliked: I didn't like checking out and leaving ‼️

Liked: Spacious. Friendly front desk staff. Convenient location.
Disliked: Pull out couch was disgusting and awful. Extremely old and coil springs were in rough shape. Bought an air mattress after our second night. Outdoor pool area was closed. Indoor pool had signs that from 7am-8am it was only for adult laps, closed 8am-9am and opened at 9am. However every time we went, sometimes multiple times throughout the day/evening, we had to stay out of the way of multiple folks using the pool for their laps. And there was extremely limited hot water. Could not use both showers at once.

A nice “mom and pop”...

Liked: The size of our condo was great. Loved having 2 bathrooms. The bed was comfortable, I would have liked better quality blankets . The property was pretty, the grounds and the mini golf needed a bit more sprucing up. The outdoor pool was not working at all .
Disliked: The staff should have been more knowledgeable about the Cape Cod area. Transportation to airports, islands, Uber costs. Basic concierge services. Also we found 2 ticks crawling in the bathroom.
