Overall the stay was what...

Liked: The location was good. The reason for choosing this hotel was the pools and water park. I was traveling with my 5 year old son and he enjoyed every amenity he
Disliked: The public restrooms could’ve been cleaned more often. Also some of the staff, security officer in particular, was rude to my 5 year old. He was not friendly at all and shouldn’t be working on a family friendly resort if he doesn’t align.

Liked: Pool area. Proximity to beach
Disliked: Elevators not kept clean. Provisions in room were insufficient for amount of guests. Towels not enough for amount of guests. More hand towels. No bath towels. Patio chairs only 2. We were 4 people.

Liked: lot of people smoking weed everywhere maybe that's the thing there parking is to close
