Disliked: The air conditioning in the room I had at this property was not working half the time, i had tried MULTIPLE TIMES to get the front desk to get this resolved and they outright refused!

Our go to place !!!

Liked: We love everything about this property ! Greta location! The water park and pools are clean and easy to get to ! It’s right on the beach. The rooms are huge . They kept the carpets clean and they provided towels at the swimming area . This is our third time staying and every times been great . The price we paid was less than the run down roach motels !!!
Disliked: I wish the Starbucks was a little cheaper and didn’t include the tip . There was a small sign saying tip will be added to the price but of course we didn’t notice it and tipped again . So that was one pricey latte .The parking was hectic trying to unload . People who weren’t unloading were just parked in the unloading spots and there were lines to get in and out the lot ! But parking once you unload in the garage across the street is great!
