Disliked: The motion light right outside our room.Bathroom ceiling light was not working. Refrigerator needed defrosting. Huge ice build up in the back of the refrigerator. A small microwave in the unit would have been helpful. More options for breakfast would have been better. $25 for a buffet breakfast is fine however there should have been other options for those who want a smaller breakfast.

Disliked: Front desk service. We lost power for almost 5 hours on the last night of our stay, after having lost it intermittently throughout the start of our stay, many times overnight. The only way to get any information was to go to the front desk to request it. Nothing was done to help us (I have 2 kids under 6 who did not tolerate this well) except leaving glow sticks on the staircases and outside each room, again with no communication. Now, the front desk is refusing to provide me with an invoice that lists what I paid per night to give to my employer as I traveled for work for the first few nights of my stay. They claim they cannot provide me with an invoice because I used Booking.com to pay and they "have no idea" what I paid. How is that even remotely possible? They have no idea how much or if I paid at all??? Do they not get the money??? They had no trouble using my credit card to place a hold....

Liked: The location was beautiful and rooms were very nice and clean.
Disliked: Staff was painting the hallway walls for a whole day, they were also doing maintenance by the bathrooms, constantly cleaning where guests were trying to relax or swim. Staff was very nice just kinda inconvenient timing with maintenance.

Excellent beach getaway!

Liked: Great location directly on Old Silver Beach. Clean comfortable rooms. The pools were clean and well maintained. Great fire pit area and bar.
