Disappointing

Wonderful!

Liked: Loved the look cation of our room overlooking the ocean. Loved the pool!
Disliked: The construction was not difficult but knowing they were being made better for after our vacation was a bit sad.

Passable

Liked: Beautiful property, down side is they charge a resort fee when it’s not the right time of year to use the resort amenities. The staff was great for the very few staff they actually had. Restaurant had 2 people working, the wait to be served was long.

Liked: Loved the beach front location and pool.
Disliked: Had no hot water in two rooms (we switched a because of it and then the new room still didn’t have hot water) and in addition, second room had lots of ants.

Pleasant

Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: No hot water every day! They kept trying to fix it and we would get 2 minutes of hot before it turned ice cold.

Terrible. Disappointed. Angry. Want follow...

Disliked: Noisy cramped room. No elevator. Windows and blinds not working. No bath towels. Fire alarm at 7am. No room service. Left after 1 night. No offer to refund any amount.
