Not worth the price except...

Poor customer service. And I...

Disliked: Room smelled Between the smell of dampness, pool chlorine and body odor im not sure what was the worst part. The sheets smelled so badly of body odor I had to spray the pillows with Lysol and put towels on them to sleep. The toilet broke at 1:30 am and I had to use the bathroom in the main lobby. The customer service at check in shrugged his shoulders when I said I didn’t like to stay in the side building. He should have said let me see if we have a room available for you. I sent my complaint to Delaware North already

We were very disappointed

Liked: The room was nice.
Disliked: My husband and I were looking forward to having dinner and some cocktails in the restaurant/lounge but when we got there everything was closed. When we checked in the last at the desk told us the restaurant opens at 4:00. We went down around 6 and there was nobody in site. When we asked the man on duty, he said they lost electricity and couldn’t open. He told us many restaurants and homes lost electricity that night but as we were driving to look for a new place for dinner everyone was open with lights on. ????
