Liked: the room suited our purposes, we were only sleeping there. It was with in walking distance to the beach, which we did. It was also close driving to the main parking are. It was clean.
Disliked: The showers had no shower heads and the bath tub had a hole in it. The frame around the mirror had chunks out of it. The floor felt wet, clammy until the air conditioner was on awhile. I was worried about being charged for those things. They charge a 100 dollar deposit for each room, which you recieve back in 7-14 business days. I told the night staff and the day staff, the first one said they were aware and the second one acted like they didn't know but they were going to send maintenance right away. So good and bad points

Liked: The place is bare bones. Everything you need, nothing you can't live without for 10 minutes. If you're looking for a cheap, clean, place to stay, that's also pet friendly, this is a good spot. They don't serve breakfast but there's 2 good places literally on the same block.

Disliked: People smoking Thought bed was going to break when we sat. Smelled no comforter the ac was loud

Liked: Me and my boyfriend love staying here. Very spacious for us and a great location next to the best queso in OC (Mothers Cantina)
Disliked: Not the cleanest place, but the price reflects what you’d expect.
