Liked: Location and clean new faciluties

Great location, very comfortable stay.

Liked: Very central, possible to walk to St Pauls and London Bridge great walks along the embankment.All the staff very friendly; bed very comfortable and good bed linen.Fantastic view over the river
Disliked: Had a great stay but asked on check out if we wanted to make a discretionary service charge, having tipped as we went along this was uncomfortable and unnecessary.

Great travel experience for work...

Liked: Staff was very welcoming and nice. Also, did a lot of walking as my form of transportation in a previous question. Walked to the office and site seeing.
Disliked: Tough to find anything. The bed was a bit harder than I like... that's the only negative.

Great location for London stay

Great place in the center...

Liked: Perfect place for tourists, most of attractions can be reached on foot. Friendly staff, nice breakfast.
Disliked: One of the nights neighboring room was quite noisy.

Very lovely place to stay,...

Liked: Very clean and comfortable. Very kind staff.
Disliked: At checkout told me they automatically added a service charge (gratuity)of 5% of my booking onto my credit card. Didn’t ask me if I wanted to leave one, but told me they did it automatically.

If you want to splash...

Liked: The Sea Containers is one of my favorite hotels in London. The rooms are welcoming, the staff superb, and the views of London remind you that you are really in London. Totally worth the money if you are going to splash out.
