Disliked: The price of the room. Paid 368 per night and the room was a shoe box.

Location was great, but costly...

Liked: The location was the best part. Close to the beach and far enough, but not too far from the attractions of the Pier. The pool was also a lovely feature. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: No view at all. From the porch, all you see is stairs, from the bedroom, all you see is another hotel. There are no privacy sheers on the windows so you are totally exposed or in the dark. The AC stunk like mildew and stale cigarettes. There were signs everywhere to "Not..." something. It felt like a police state. There were no blankets for the "futon" so although it says you can sleep there, nothing to make that comfortable.

Liked: The property was awesome. Huge jacuzzi and great pool located right at the ocean! We loved the bed so much we’re trying to find one. It was that comfortable! One of our best stays ever. So quiet. We slept 10 hours each day. I got an 87 sleep score for you Fitbit people! Unheard of on vacation!
Disliked: Nothing. It was even close to Ocean Park, a small town adjacent to OOB. It was so beautiful and only a few blocks away.
