Liked: Outstand service despite a booking glitch. Initially I was frustrated to find out my room had been double booked, but the way the manager handled the situation completely turned things around. Aretha went above and beyond to make it right-professional, prompt, and genuinely caring. I left feeling valued and impressed. Mistakes happen, but this level of service is rare. I would absolutely stay here again.

Liked: loved the staff and how close the hotel was to the beach.
Disliked: Wish there was more parking or at least a sign saying for hotel guests only. Also the doors opened out instead of in.

Liked: Autonomous check-in very well organized; property is pretty and well located (walking distance to the beach and to the Shorely (bar and street food).
Disliked: Some of the equipment, such as the AC, is ageing but that’s part of the charm
