Liked: The staff were friendly, the room was large, it was a great location next to a very reasonable restaurant- we got what we paid for.

Liked: Location is perfect! Couldn't be better. Rooms are big which is great. Staff is very kind and helpfull. Also Warsaw is beautiful, so many amaying places to see.
Disliked: Noise from the restaurant every single night! They should be aware that hotel rooms are just above.

Considering the great location, the...

Liked: The location is great. Close to public transport and all important features.
Disliked: The staff is unfriendly. They speak little or no English. The maid did not clean the room or bring fresh towels once in three days. There is no indication how to notify the maid to clean the room. No air conditioning option. Poor hygiene in the dining room.

Great value for the money.

Liked: The staff were amazing. The receptionist showed me a room we could take as ours was not yet ready. It was spacious and lovely.
Disliked: Everything was great.
