Beautiful 4 days at this...

Liked: Amazing little gem in the center where we needed it! The staff / two guys are amazing and helped us a lot. It was clean and comfortable - king bed a plus.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike / hate. Bathroom door didn’t work but we didn’t really cry about it :)

Clean, friendly but some things...

Liked: Staff were very warm and friendly
Disliked: Very noisy aircon made sleep difficult.Privacy only achieved by keeping blinds closed on all sides.No coffee facility in the room

Liked: The bets, staff great, location perfect, the room was well equipped and very clean, amenities matched our needs, I would recommend to everyone to stay at this hidden gem in Laguna.
Disliked: everyone was great, perfect stay.

Liked: The service is good. The employees are quick to respond to your needs/asks and take care of you in a polite manner.
Disliked: The rooms are small and they all (except the suites) look into a sort of interior courtyard/"lobby." A couple of the rooms only windows are at the same level as the "lobby" so it's a weird. We asked for a different room and they moved us upstairs to a room that at least a stranger couldn't bang on the windows from the "lobby"
