Liked: Stayed in one of the rooms of the Four Quarters. Lovely space, exceptionally well appointed. The owner and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. No problem whatsoever adjusting my morning breakfasts (delivered to my door) to my vegan diet. Their ethos of eco responsibility was so refreshing. Had a lovely, 15-20 minute trail walk to a beautiful coastal view.
Disliked: What’s not to like!?!?

Liked: Darling! So clean and comfortable. A beautiful view from our room. Delicious chocolate chip cookies at the welcome desk! I will definitely be staying here again.

Great place if you book...

Liked: Amid trees with sea view if you book the best rooms, most expensive. Check in/out seamless. Fireplace is a plus.
Disliked: Breakfast repeatedly boring if you stay more than 2 days, and dislike overcooked frittatas, no other choice. Heat did not work in our room

Liked: Had a great stay and highly recommend this property for anyone heading to Mendocino! Rooms were inviting, large, and very clean. The breakfast was delicious and delivered to your room daily. Our room was a little warm from all the sunlight and windows but there was a fan provided that cooled the room down well.

Liked: This place exceeded our expectations in every way. It was beautiful and a fun property—our daughter was so excited to feed the chickens. We loved that breakfast was brought to our room and the staff was so friendly. We wished we had stayed longer!
Disliked: The balcony needed some repair.
