Poor

Liked: The fireplace in the room was nice...as was the balcony looking out at the docks.
Disliked: There is no coffee available, even make your own, until 8AM. In our case, things were bad because we didn't realize that if we didn't have a handicapped room it meant we would be on the second floor which was very difficult for my wife. There are no cable news channels on the TV...at least we couldn't find them. The fitness room is very limited.There is no one on site after 5PM.

Clean, sweet staff & not...

Liked: It was clean. It was close to the main road.
Disliked: No couch/chair in the rooms. It was called a hotel, it felt more like a bed & breakfast with granola for breakfast.

Quaint little no-frills hotel in...

Liked: Place was clean. Nice location.
Disliked: Having to wait several hours to begin our day due to no hot water. According to staff that happens when they're busy... Really? Perhaps it's time for a properly sized water heater?

Liked: Eco oriented; aesthetically appealing decor; information provided to guests; location. View from balcony (in 2nd story room).
Disliked: Breakfast was limited.

Overall - really good. A-

Liked: Think it's really a smart concept overall. Giving the queen bed/mini fridge/small balcony room an "elevated" feel. The community room is nice, too.Shout out to front desk guy - very nice and helpful.
Disliked: Two suggestions: 1. think cleaning the windows would really help - the french doors in the room, the great room windows. (I know, not easy at the coast due to the weather...but it's all about the view! ) A simple thing that could really bump up the experience.2. Mini fridge does not have a small freezer - which caught me off guard. Could not refreeze small travel ice blocks.
