Liked: We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful front desk team who presented us with free bottles of chilled water as soon as we entered (which given it was over 100 outside was greatly enjoyed). That level of service continued from all the staff we engaged with throughout our stay - in the bar and at the front desk. The room was huge, the bed comfortable and the pool deck clean and refreshing. Everything you want from Old Scottsdale is just a few minutes walk; away.
Disliked: After dealing with Phoenix traffic and roads this was an absolute oasis
