Disliked: One of the staff was a little rude at the pool, but everyone else was great!

Liked: The location was exactly what I needed
Disliked: Where do I begin... The check-in from the staff was cold and dry. When we finally said get into our room, there was a stench of mildew. Later on when I took my shoes off I felt a huge wet spot. It was late so I decided to go to the front desk in the morning to take care of the situation. Bear in mind there was a strong stench. The sheets were beyond itching. When I brought the situation to the front desk they sent someone to check things out. Their solution was to spray something on the wet area a fragrance. Zero effect. This room was beyond dirty, every time I would take a shower that's amazing on the street outside. I was never outside. I will never be back to this property again and I will make sure I tell everyone about my stay at this "resort". I've never had such a horrible experience like this. I Never complain about anything.

Great place for any trip.
