Freezing, uncomfortable

Liked: Was there supposed to be a breakfast? I didn't see any room available for a breakfast.
Disliked: There was no maid service, and we were there for several days. There was only one small bath towel for two adults, we had to keep sharing the same towel for several days. There was no blanket, just a thin sheet on top, and the weather was freezing the entire time. Two small, flat pillows. The coffee maker only made about a half a cup of coffee.

Liked: This room, I can say, was very comfortable and very spacious and well heated, which is winter and that you need. The staff was polite and very helpful. If I'm ever in the buffalo area, visiting from Brooklyn, I would book a stay here again. Thank You.
Disliked: There wasn't anything not to like. Except the snow.
