The overall room was fine...

Liked: The location
Disliked: It took 20 to 25 minutes for the water to get hot. I was up and preparing to leave and I wanted some coffee. The coffee machine was broken and it had mold instead the coffee maker. The internet was terrible. I booked an additional night and the guy that checked me assured me I would only pay a couple dollars extra for another night. How about $20 extra. If I would have known the price difference I would have went online.

Disliked: Immediately the front desk was rude,got to room the fridge door wouldn't stay shut the freezer is solid ice and went to front desk told her and she did nothing about it.Said that I told her that was the problem but she wasn't seeing it,then had to go.back to front desk because we didn't have remote she accused us of having one then finally gave us one,then had to go back because she gave no wifi password at check in.Then blow dryer doesn't work.

Liked: Location was close to a walmart and to freeway.
Disliked: We had a horrible expirence, one of the employees went into our room thinking we weren't there. Her excuse was that she was just checking everything was OK. She did not knock
