Liked: The room was well furnished with all the amenities we needed. Microwave, refrigerator, internet hook up and a very reasonable price. The beds were so comfortable, especially the big rolled pillow. The service was friendly and very helpful in finding our way around town.

Liked: Single level, covenant parking, able to get rooms close together and close to the highway. Easy booking. Automatic PANCAKE MAKER. Love it.
Disliked: Not as clean as it should be. Mirrors had writing on them. Like when the Jacuzzi steamed the room. Loveseat was stained. Boot print on bathroom door. Also nowhere in the reservations or booking did it say a cash deposit was required on arrival. So I had to use the atm. 2 rooms, Jacuzzi tub in one never worked. It did randomly turn on in the middle of the night. Reported it and never heard back. Electrical was sketchy- loose outlets with plug in multiple ports and light switches everywhere. Shower light switch was above the Jacuzzi in the main room

Unprofessional

Disliked: We booked for 2 nights and Friday and Saturday. Even after confirming that we will be arriving between 7am-8am in the morning because we are coming from far away and to avoid traffic we were traveling at night the room wasn’t available for us. We went to lobby to check in and the receptionist said we don’t have any booking. After showing her the confirmation she found one and said there is no room available at the time if we want room early we have to pay 50$ extra and still no guarantee that we will get the room before 12pm. Mind you that we had the booking for 2 days.. so we left and started making calls and got the room in another hotel..
