Friendly staff in a smelly...

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful
Disliked: The first room we were assigned had a strong smell of drugs. We were eventually given a different room, but it was a hassle because it took at least an hour to resolve, all while managing tired kids in the middle of the night.The other issue we encountered was the lack of washers and dryers on each floor. They only had a laundry room on the second floor, and that didn't even do the job right. My laundry came out smelly like it hadn't even been washed.

Disliked: Paint peeling in bathroom and shower heads were horrible hard to wash off
