We didn't. We didn't stay!...

Liked: it took some Convincing, but we were Relieved to be able to Reject the room immediately, because the hotel really needs to be Condemned, and we were able to get a Refund just because we were 1st time customers. But this needs to happen Repeatedly til something is done to correct the whole entire place!
Disliked: the Team of Cockroaches and Bed Bugs. the lights didn't work. the back of the bathroom door was punched in like Major Violence in the area. Cigarette smells all over the place Not distinguishing our room to be NonSmoking! People seemed like in a very Desperate Situation like families living in the different rooms, certainly Not a Touristic Hotel, where middle class families are more congenial and welcoming, inviting you to be in the same building as them.

Liked: We got to sleep in a bed after a long day. Fairly quiet cosidering its location.
Disliked: No hair dryer, only one wash cloth, no microwave, drawers on nightstand and table were broken ,no coat hangers, no iron. All were advertised amenities. No continental breakfast either. things need to be repaired We left as soon as it got light.

Liked: The door key worked - but there was no need for a door lock since the door can be pushed open easily whether it's locked or not.
Disliked: There is no way any human entered this space in weeks. Several large brown cobwebs hanging from ceiling & on walls, mold around ceiling & thermostat, "curtains" were old cloth shower curtains hung over window with wood screws & didn't cover windows all the way, broken sliding glass door, no chair in room, horrendous smell of body odor, feces & sour rotting something, wet wash cloth left under sink, no light bulb in bed side light, severe stains in bathtub that slightly washed away with flowing water, several live roaches & droppings in drawers, many more roaches in bathroom. Roaches scattered when the lights were turned on, mattress was only full size but there was a queen sized headboard screwed into wall, only a sheet on bed. bathroom door was too large for frame & did not shut, abandoned room within an hour of showing up, didn't bother going for refund, too many cops handling a domestic incident. there was too much activity at the lobby to raise an issue with my room. It was better to just leave

Never have I paid so...

Liked: Nothing stands out in that regard.
Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, upkeep of premises, rooms, and infrastructure.I could not even find the office for five minutes. The Scottish Inn office was locked up and no messages on the door. I had to check in at the Red Carpet Inn, which was equally unkept. The property, room and public places, seemed a combination of homeless shelter and flop house.

Would not recommend

Liked: Nothing it was terrible experience, in the hotel industry.
Disliked: The bathroom had spiders and dead roaches on the towels. The bathroom looks like it doesn’t not get clean on a daily basis. It’s was disgraceful.
