Scottish Inn & Suites - Eau Claire

Needs some TLC

Disliked: The floor was filthy. The carpets need replacing. My feet got sticky and slimmy just walking around even having just showered.

Liked: Large room.

It definitely exceeded my expectations.

Liked: The owners take such care of their property. They were very friendly at check in. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was small but adequate-coffee, juice, fruit, cereal toast.
Disliked: The bed could have used more support.

Our second year staying for...

Liked: Clean and well maintained. Quiet. Well located for our needs.
Disliked: Breakfast is included, but very sparse. Rooms have refrigerators and microwaves, but no cup suitable for heating water.

Passable

Liked: It served it's purpose
Disliked: I wanted a shower and I was able to get any hot water

Liked: Was very nice, beds were comfortable, easy to find. Staff was awesome.
Disliked: Could us a little updating. Continental breakfast could be better. Toilet paper holder is way to far away from the toilet.
