Very good

Liked: The big oak tree and how close it is to all the attractions
Disliked: There was no sign on the building to show where the hotel was. There wasn't any trash cans in the room. Our TV remote wouldn't turn the TV on/off or adjust the volume.

Bad motel not going here...

Liked: Big tree and close to down town and the reception person was nice and accommodating
Disliked: The facilities were dirty the lock to our door didn’t work and there was just one toilet paper that was clearly open and half used there isn’t even a sign stating what the name of the hotel is. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way.

It was a place close...

Liked: location
Disliked: We arrived just after 3pm and were told we had to wait another 30-40 minutes to get my room. The room looked like it was still in the process of being repaired. There were paint patches on the walls. The spot lights from the parking lot and the light outside the door shone into the room making it very bright. Some black out drapes are desperately needed.Also your listing said breakfast included. Well that's not true.Another thing, when dealing with live customers, put down the phone!

Disliked: Very scary took us 45 minutes to find the place no sign lights when we found it had to wait 45 minutes to get register because nobody on property parking look like war zone it's just a run down place shower dirty please save your money and it's far from everything else
