Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Liked: The only thing I liked was how it was close to convenient places such as food and Walmart.
Disliked: We had a balcony that we couldn’t even use due to no door only a window looking out onto the balcony, the ice machine was out of order and apparently has been for months, we only had a half used roll of toilet paper in our bathroom, the bed was hard as a brick and the blanket felt like a moving blanket at best. No power outlets close to the bed to plug up our phones the closest outlet was on the opposite wall and even with my 6ft phone charger it barely reached the nightstand. When we was going to check out the worker came to our car while we was putting our stuff inside asking for the room key instead of waiting for us to come into the office to check out, it was very unprofessional.

I should have slept in...

Liked: Location was the only thing. This place was awful.
Disliked: Dirty, uncomfortable. The rude owner at the desk will hound you to leave. Early even. Check out says 10, it’s actually 9:30 with a 9:15 recall on your room phone. Roaches. Mold and mildew in the shower.

Fine place to stay at...

Liked: Fine place to sleep for the price. What I expected for a motel at this price point near down town.
Disliked: My room was overdue for a deep cleaning. Carpet was especially dirty where it met the walls, collecting bits of debris and dead spiders. The mini fridge was non functional with the door stuck ajar.

Disliked: Everything. Starting with rude people at reception to roaches in the room and mouldy toilet paper roll.

Don't skimp on Nashville hotels....

Disliked: Both of my very valid credit cards were declined so I had to pay cash, fortunately I had some at midnight. I was completely unaware that "smoking" rooms still existed and were the only rooms available. No wifi on the premises. Interior security latch was completely missing in a VERY sketchy neighborhood. Air conditioner was completely off so it took about an hour to get the room temperature down to the point I could at least use the sheet.
