Liked: The people and location were great. The outside doesn't look like much, but the inside and people are great. It's one of those lovely hidden gems. Very comfortable.

Liked: Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Shower could not maintain even consistent temperature, fluctuated between hot and cold. Cleaning staff did not show up on the second day, did not even give us clean towels. Price was too high for the quality of the room.

It was clean and comfortable.

Liked: We were right at the bottom of the stairs and next to the ice machine room, but it was quiet enough, although I always bring earplugs.
Disliked: being right next to the stairs
