It was a great getaway...

Liked: The rain style shower and the 2 person hot tub were both very nice. The bathroom had a heated towel rock along with a ceiling heater to keep you toasty. I enjoyed having the option to set the bed firmness and that there was a fireplace in the room. The King bed was great and the provided refrigerator and microwave were nice to have available. We briefly chatted with our hosts and really enjoyed the fruit, a homemade casserole, and an Amish Donut Hole for breakfast. Later we chose to go and visit the Rentown country store while we were in the area.

Liked: Breakfast was good when they fixed it, for some reason they did not fix breakfast the morning we were checking out and as far as we knew breakfast was going to be served all 3 mornings.
Disliked: Breakfast wasn't served on our last day before we checked out. We both take medication in the morning that needs to be taken with a meal so we took our medication prior to going downstairs to have breakfast to see that they were not having breakfast that morning so we had to quickly find somewhere to eat breakfast because of our medications.

It was everything we expected...

Liked: It felt like home and the owner Homer is very interesting and pleasant to spend time with. Loved the accommodations and our room. Breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend this B&B. Next time I will try to book directly rather than using a booking company and save the owner from paying additional fees.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn’t like.

Exceptional

Liked: This is a great place to stay. Owner very friendly and you can tell he takes pride in his place. Home cooked meal for breakfast was great!
