Nice location but overpriced for...

Liked: Location. Very central.Helpful staff
Disliked: The room was quite shabby, with stained carpets and in need of redecoration. The shower was feeble, I had difficulty washing my hair. There was a noisy generator outside the bedroom window which disturbed our sleep

Disliked: Decor was very tired. Front desk staff were not very fluent in English didn't understand what I was trying to say. Curtains in the bedroom didn't close properly so light came in early morning, also no net curtains for the windows had to close the curtains to change clothes or people on the road could see in

Let down by the money...

Liked: I paid for an upgrade room it was on the top floor which had not been decorated in years . The walls were covered in filler but no painting had occurred ,very sad magnolia walls soulless .
Disliked: The room was tired paintwork chipped and bare . The pool ok ok but no steam room as was not working the Jacuzzi was on a 5 min cycle why ? There was no option for my partner to have a massage in all a very sad hotel . The staff were ok .

Liked: Excellent facilities, enjoyed the swimming pool and spa treatments
Disliked: Unfortunately building works ongoing, opposite the hotel.Noisy from early morning. Appreciate it wasn't the hotels fault
