Well worth a visit

Liked: The rooms were excellent. As were the public areas.

Good room but pub very...

Liked: Bedroom and en-suite nicely appointed, stains on duvet cover. Tea and coffee facilities
Disliked: Entrance dirty, leaves piled up and cigarette stubs. Restaurant looked unkempt. Bar busy and noisy. Had to hunt a member of staff to check in, no one there to check out.

Liked: Lovely food and rooms. Great helpful staff.
Disliked: Nothing was great accommodation

A little gem in Scone

Liked: An excellent pub and accommodation in Scone. Very comfortable room and excellent food.
Disliked: It was noisy if the fire door wasn't closed. We were there on a Saturday night and it was very quiet with the door closed but each time it opened, there was considerable noise.

I would use this hotel...

Liked: friendly staff
Disliked: Wont go into detail but the meal I had was more than disappointing .I was offered a replacement but declined.I have had 30 years in catering and know what I am talking about.

Liked: Scone is really lovely.
Disliked: There was a function on in the bar which was next to the rooms. There was a lot of noise from the bar but particularly from the hand drivers in the toilet which were opposite our room. People were also chatting for much of the night in the corridor outside the room.
