Liked: The staff were very helpful, the location is really convenient for getting around, and the neighbourhood itself has plenty of good restaurants and shops. The hotel room was very clean and well equipped.
Disliked: The one downside during our stay was the building work that was going on downstairs, which was very noisy during the day on the lower floors - lots of drilling and banging.

Exceptional

Liked: The location was fantastic, just a couple of blocks to the subway. Breakfast was great, the car lift was a first and a pleasant surprise. Staff was very courteous and helpful.
