Liked: Nice and modern, great location, clean and quiet even although hotel was very busy.
Disliked: Staff were just not that helpful or interested on the 3 occasions I had to speak to them for some info.

Liked: Between a train station and a river. It's easy to get there from the airport and travel around the city. Also great riverside places to hang out both ways in a 10 minute walk. And super easy (no human contact) check-in and out. There's always someone at the counter if you need help.

Excellent for what we needed...

Liked: Ideal location to station, and central to all the main attractions we wanted to visit on our stay. Very clean hotel, bar and restaurant. Ideal for anyone wanting some to stay on there trip to Berlin. There were towels and showers gels inside the room which was great for a light traveler, and also lockers were available if you wanted to leave your bags while you explored
Disliked: Only fault we could find was there was no tea making facilities inside the rooms.

Liked: The location is perfect, everything worked smoothly. We were able to check in and organize everything via App, which made the whole check in, check out and stay process super convenient. Would definitely recommend and go there again :)
