Exceptional

Liked: This is an oasis in the middle of town. So quiet and calm. Perfect for popping into town then retreating back to your perfect room. Fantastic. Highly recommend.

Great location, with good clean...

Liked: Staff were extremely warm and helpful. Bed and furniture was good quality and comfy. Breakfast pastries were a welcome addition. Location is excellent for being in the midst of it all.
Disliked: Towels are not full bath sheets and no complimentary water, fridge or cotton buds in the rooms.

Liked: The complimentary pastries and coffee for breakfast was such a lovely extra - we really enjoyed and it was so convenient.

Great stay right in city...

Liked: Very clean, great staff and super comfortable beds
Disliked: No usb sockets and shower handle location awkwardly behind the door so you get wet when switching it on

Liked: Fantastic location and really big spacious room. Staff were friendly and helpful with local information.
Disliked: Some noise from the elevator shaft in our room. Other hotels allow early check in if the room is available free of charge, our room was ready however there was a small fee which we felt was a little unnecessary. We stayed on weekend of a Liverpool match and prices at all hotels were very inflated.
